A Phase 1, Open-Label, Multicenter, Dose Escalation Study of PRT1419 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Scientific Title

Purpose
To determine the best dose, safety, and effects (good and bad) of PRT1419, an experimental targeted therapy.
Who is this for?
People with advanced (some stage III) or metastatic (stage IV) triple negative (ER-, PR-, HER2-) breast cancer who have no standard treatment options available.    Full eligibility criteria
