A Multicenter, Open-label, Phase 1a Study of HC-5404-FU in Subjects With Selected, Advanced Solid Tumors Scientific Title

Purpose
To study dose, side effects, and anti-cancer activity of the experimental therapy HC 5404-FU.
Who is this for?
People with metastatic (stage IV) HER2 positive (HER2+) breast cancer who have already received two to five chemotherapies for metastatic disease.    Full eligibility criteria
