A Phase II, Open-Label, Single Arm Decentralized Home-Based Approach Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Alectinib in Locally-Advanced or Metastatic ALK-Positive Solid Tumors Scientific Title

Purpose
To study the safety and anti-cancer activity of Alectinib, an ALK inhibitor.
Who is this for?
People with locally advanced (some stage III) or metastatic (stage IV) ALK-positive breast cancer that has not responded to other treatment options.    Full eligibility criteria

  • <p class="seamTextPara"> You will receive the following: </p> <ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Alectinib, by mouth, twice daily</li></ul>
  • <ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Alectinib is an ALK inhibitor—a targeted therapy that blocks the activity of mutated ALK proteins.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Alectinib is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer that has spread and is ALK positive.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">This trial is also enrolling people with other types of cancer.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Targets or mutations: ALK</li></ul>
