To study the dose, safety, side effects, and anti-cancer activity of the experimental therapy NUV-422.
Who is this for?

  • <ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">NUV-422 is an experimental type of targeted therapy called a cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">It is designed to blocks three enzymes, CDK2, CDK4, and CDK6, that help cancer cells grow.</li></ul>
