SGN-CD228A For Advanced HER2 Negative Breast Cancer

A Phase 1 Study of SGN-CD228A in Select Advanced Solid Tumors Scientific Title

Purpose
To study the safety and effects (good and bad) of an antibody-drug conjugate called SGN-CD228A.
Who is this for?
Women and men with advanced (some stage III) or metastatic (stage IV) HER2 negative breast cancer and have already been treated with a taxane. If your tumor is ER+, you must already have been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and an anti-estrogen therapy.    Full eligibility criteria
