BNT326 Alone or with Immunotherapy for Advanced HER2- Breast Cancer

A Phase I/II, Open-label, Adaptive Two-part Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy, Optimal Dose and Pharmacokinetics of BNT326 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Cancer Immunotherapies in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Purpose: To study the safety, effects (good and bad), best dose, and anti-cancer activity of BNT326, combined with pumitamig (BNT327) immunotherapy.

Who is this for?: People with advanced (some stage III) or metastatic (stage IV) HER2-negative breast cancer that has come back or progressed after treatment. View full eligibility criteria

What's involved?

<p class="seamTextPara"> You will receive the following: </p> <ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">BNT326, by IV, every 2–3 weeks</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">BNT327 (Pumitamig), by IV, every 2–3 weeks</li></ul>

What's being studied?

<ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">BNT326 is a type of drug called an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). </li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Researchers are studying BNT326 both on its own, and in combination with other immunotherapy drugs (like BNT327.)</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">BNT327 binds to one protein on the surface of cancer cells and another on the surface of immune cells. It may strengthen your immune system’s ability to fight cancer cells by activating your own cells to destroy your tumor.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">This trial is also enrolling people with other types of cancer.</li></ul>
