IDOV-Immune for Advanced Breast Cancer

A First-in-human, Phase I, Multi-center, Open-label, Dose-escalation Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Preliminary Evidence of Antitumor Activity of IDOV-Immune in Adult Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Purpose: To study the safety, effects (good and bad), and anti-cancer activity of IDOV-Immune, a specially designed virus that targets and destroys cancer cells while helping the immune system recognize and fight the cancer.

Who is this for?: People with advanced (some stage III) or metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer whose cancer has progressed or who have no standard treatment options available. View full eligibility criteria

What's being studied?

<ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">IDOV-Immune is a type of oncolytic virus therapy, which means it uses a modified virus designed to enter and destroy cancer cells. </li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">It may also help the immune system recognize and attack the tumor.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">This trial is also enrolling people with other types of cancer.</li></ul>
