EMERGE-201: A Phase 2, Multicenter, Open-label Study of Lurbinectedin Efficacy and Safety in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors (NCT05126433) Scientific Title

Purpose
To study the safety, effects (good and bad), and anti-cancer activity of lurbinectedin (Zepzelca®), an experimental chemotherapy.
Who is this for?
People with advanced (some stage III) or metastatic (stage IV) HER2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer with a homologous recombination deficient (HRD) mutation.    Full eligibility criteria

  • <p class="seamTextPara"> You will receive the following: </p> <ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Lurbinectedin (Zepzelca®), by IV, every 3 weeks</li></ul>
  • <ul class="seamTextUnorderedList"> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Lurbinectedin (Zepzelca®) is a chemotherapy approved for the treatment of other types of cancer. Its use in this trial is considered experimental.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">This type of study is called a basket trial. It is enrolling people with other types of cancer based on the kind of mutations found in their tumors.</li> <li class="seamTextUnorderedListItem">Targets or mutations: HRD</li></ul>
